Delivery
All items on the website are not stock items. Stock items delivery is between 1-3 working days. Delivery is free anywhere in Barbados for furniture items only. Furniture items can be paid prior to delivery by coming into our store and making payment there. Accessory items are available for pick up only and can be collected upon payment.

Methods of payment: Visa or MasterCard, cash, cheque and debit card..
Ordering
Order times vary depending on the product.
Commercial: 8-10 weeks
Residential: 8-10 weeks
Kitchens: 3-4 months
Generally, a 50% deposit is required on special ordered items with the remaining balance being paid upon collection or delivery of the item. This is subject to change. Deposits are non refundable after 10 business days from the date of order.
Returns & Replacements
Special ordered items cannot be returned since they were specifically ordered for the customer.
For stock items, if a customer is not satisfied with their purchase and wishes to return the item, they can do so within 5 working days. However, the item is expected to come back in the same condition that it left the store. Failing to do so would void the return.
There are various warranties applicable on our products. For more details, please discuss with one of our sales representatives.
